Andreas Reimers

Andreas Reimers has extensive experience in IT management and leadership roles. Andreas is currently the Director of IT at Toca Boca, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of IT at Avalanche Studios Group from September 2019 to October 2022. From September 2015 to September 2019, they held the position of Director of Global IT at SG Digital (Division of Scientific Games Corporation). Before that, they worked as the Director of Technical Operations at NYX Gaming Group Ltd, which was later renamed Scientific Games Digital, from May 2014 to September 2015. Andreas has also held various IT management positions at TM Group, Mammutbox, Erik Penser Bank, Refia AB, Fischer Partners Fondkommission AB (later renamed Glitnir AB), and Wendt. In their earlier role at Refia AB, they founded and developed software and hardware frameworks and integration platforms for IoT, targeting specific users in the technology industry.

Andreas Reimers completed their education in a chronological order. Andreas first attended Växjö University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Andreas then pursued the Electronics Civil Engineer program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Andreas Reimers obtained various certifications throughout their career. Andreas acquired certifications in Conflict Management and Leadership and Group Dynamics in 2010. In 2007, they obtained certifications in BT Trading Administrator and Cisco Unified Communications. Furthermore, they obtained the EMC Enterprise Storage Administrator certification in 2006 and the GL Trade, Trading and Core services certification in 2003. Other certifications include Knowit's Management 3.0 in 2016 and Transformation Management in 2014, Learning Tree's Agile Management in 2011 and ITIL Foundations in 2010, Vendator's Individual Management Coaching in 2009, Emvege's C# and ASP.net in 2008, and BT Netrix Trading and Vendator's Management and Sales in 2007. Andreas Reimers also completed a course on Implementing Efficient Infrastructure from Learning Tree International and a course on Nice, Interaction Management from NICE Ltd, although the specific dates for these certifications are not provided.
