Natasha Balgalve's work experience started in 2007 when they worked as a Catering Lead/Manager at JD Wetherspoon. Natasha'sresponsibilities included supervising kitchen staff, reviewing kitchen procedures, and ensuring a safe and hygienic cooking environment.
In 2009, Natasha became a Customer Service Advisor at the Croydon Visitor Centre. Natasha worked in this role until 2015.
In 2013, Natasha briefly worked as a Cruise Sales Representative at Iglu.
Starting in 2015, Natasha took on the role of a Customer Service Executive at TodayTix Group. Natasha'sresponsibilities included assisting the Reservations Department, retaining reservations through efficient customer service, and processing reservations.
During their work at Seleta Consultancy and Training, Natasha served as an Education Administrative Assistant from 2007 to 2009. Natasha'sresponsibilities included administering the student lifecycle, liaising with staff and students, using various software packages, and maintaining office systems.
Natasha Balgalve completed their education at the University of Brighton from 2010 to 2013, where they attained a BA Honours in International Tourism Management with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Management. Prior to that, they attended Croydon College from 2008 to 2010, earning a National Certificate in Travel and Tourism. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Grade 4 Catering Lead from JD Wetherspoon in May 2015, a Business and Administration Level 2 certification from EMTA Awards Limited, and completed a Familiarisation course at Virgin Atlantic Airways. Natasha also completed the Galileo GDS Expert Course through Online Travel Training.
