Tavi Juárez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Marketing Intern and then as a Customer Service Specialist at Books A Million. In 2013, they served as an Editor & Social Media Manager at Foodimentary, creating daily National Food Holiday posts and coordinating with brands for giveaways. They also worked as an Administrative Assistant, Licensing Associate, and Sales Associate at Parragon, where they managed custom children's book creation, assisted with licensing tasks, and processed orders. Tavi then worked as a Licensing Coordinator at Entertainment One, handling licensing processes, managing events, and conducting market research. They joined TodayTix as an Operations Associate, executing rush and lottery ticket programs, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating technical requirements. Later, they were promoted to Senior Operations Associate: Confirmation Manager, where they built and managed the Confirmation team, developed training materials, and optimized the confirmation process. Simultaneously, Tavi became involved with The International Centre for Women Playwrights, serving as President and advocating for women playwrights through programs and initiatives. They also held the role of Board Member, leading the Script Feedback Group and executing social media strategies. Throughout their career, Tavi demonstrated strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Tavi Juárez obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater from the University of Montevallo. This academic journey took place from 2009 to 2013.
