Rachel Grant is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Tofugu since October 2019, Rachel has built a solid foundation in customer relations. Prior experience includes roles as a Prefectural Advisor and Assistant Language Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), where responsibilities included class support and extracurricular involvement, and as a Housing Service Center Assistant at the University of Oregon, managing keys for over 2000 residents and providing customer service. An internship with the Japan Representative Office of Oregon involved market research and event planning to enhance business relations between Oregon and Japan.
