Samantha Sephton

Samantha Sephton has a strong background in finance and operations. Since September 2019, they have been the Head of Finance Operations at Together Lending. Previously, Samantha worked at Together- loans, mortgages & finance, starting in April 2002. In this role, they served as the Finance and Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 17 individuals and managing various recruitment, training, development, and performance management tasks. Samantha was also responsible for meeting daily service level agreements and key performance indicators, as well as leading and supporting business projects.

Samantha Sephton completed their A levels degree in Business from Gardens commercial - South Africa between 1987 and 1989. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a Certificate of Achievement for Paperless Direct Debit from Bacs Payment Schemes Limited in October 2013, a BSI Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from BSI Learning in March 2012, a Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt from BSI Learning in October 2011, and a QA Microsoft Word 2007 Level 3 certification from QA Ltd in January 2011. Samantha also obtained an EDI Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading from Ofqual in December 2010, a Microsoft InfoPath 2007 certification from QA Ltd in October 2010, and a Certificate in Regulated Customer Care from the ifs school of Finance in March 2010. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in Treating Customers Fairly and Complaint Handling Workshop in April 2009 and March 2009, respectively. Samantha also obtained a Certificate in Health and Safety at Work from the British Safety Council in June 2008 and completed a workshop on Dealing Effectively with Unacceptable Employee Behaviour from SkillPath Seminars in February 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel 97 Module 2 from Oldham Chamber of Commerce, Training & Enterprise in November 2000 and an AAT certification from AAT in August 1999. Samantha started their education with a certification in Book-keeping and Accounting from Ideal School in April 1992.
