Valeria Tassinari

Valeria Tassinari began their work experience in 2012 as a Camp Director's Assistant at ACLE. In 2016, they worked as a Screening Assistant at Counseling e Comunicazione and later as a Shopping Assistant Order Service at QVC Italia. Valeria then interned as an Administration Intern at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2017. Valeria joined Cerved Group Spa in 2017 as an HR Recruiting & Training Intern, where they collaborated with HR Business Partners and assisted in the recruitment and training processes. In 2018, Valeria joined MailUp Group as an International HR Generalist, fulfilling the role of HRBP across multiple business units. Valeria also worked as a People Engagement Specialist at MailUp Group in 2020. In 2021, Valeria moved on to work at Witailer as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Toggl.

Valeria Tassinari completed their education in a chronological manner. Valeria started by obtaining a High School Diploma in Science from Liceo Scientifico Paolo Frisi, which they earned between 2006 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, completing it from 2011 to 2014.

Valeria then continued their education at the same university, from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Neuropsychology. During their time as a Master's student, Valeria also participated in the Erasmus+ Program at Universitat de Barcelona, winning a scholarship for the program. This experience allowed their to study Psychology abroad from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Valeria has also obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Unconscious Bias. These certifications were acquired in July 2020 from LinkedIn.
