Rebekah Ward

Rebekah joined TOK Commercial in 2010. Rebekah brings to her clients both hard work and a commitment to results. Her friendly, professional relationship with clients offers them the best customer service in the business. Rebekah received TOK Commercial‘s “Property Manager of the Year” award in 2016 and the company’s “Outstanding Service” award in 2011. Rebekah is currently the only LEED Green Associate within our management team.

Rebekah has vast property management experience with a variety of commercial properties. Her portfolio includes a mix of retail, office, and light industrial properties such as 12000 Executive Drive, C.W. Moore Plaza, Five Mile Plaza, McMillan's Corner, and North Pointe Retail Center.

Rebekah’s ten years of management experience allows her clients to benefit from a myriad of skill sets including tenant relations, vendor management, collections, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. Rebekah’s proactive approach to a property’s management is a signature trait. Her focus on the expedient resolution of issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication, correspondence, and budget preparation all ensure that her properties are providing the best return possible.
