Öznur Buğdaycı Reyhan started their work experience in 2017 at Arçelik Global, where they worked as a Sales Executive until December 2021. In January 2022, they joined Token Financial Technologies as a Channel Sales Specialist. Later in October 2022, they transitioned to the role of Product Marketing & Field Interaction Specialist at the same company.

Öznur Buğdaycı Reyhan received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University in 2017. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Information and Internal Auditor from SGS Supervise Gözetme Etüd Kontrol Servisleri A.Ş.
