Fonz O. is an experienced entrepreneur and technology executive with a diverse work history. As the Founder and CEO of tokenproof, they are currently leading the development of a next-generation token gating solution that enables secure authentication of ownership for NFTs and other crypto tokens. Prior to this role, Fonz co-founded and served as the CEO of MagnaCerta, where they built a high-impact distributed software team and secured funding for the development of secure digital certificates, particularly for COVID-19 health certificates. Despite the eventual shutdown of MagnaCerta, Fonz successfully managed various aspects of the business, including product management and strategic partnerships.

Before their time at MagnaCerta, Fonz held the position of Senior Vice President of Software Solutions at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure. In this role, they developed innovative software solutions and built a multi-national software development team to execute the company's software roadmap. Fonz's entrepreneurial spirit is further demonstrated by their experience as the Founder and CEO of Railtronix Inc., a leading inventory control system for the frac sand industry which was later acquired by Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure. During their time at Railtronix, Fonz self-funded and strategically grew the business, resulting in its recognition as one of the "Coolest College Startups of 2010" by Inc. Magazine.

Additionally, Fonz served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Innomius, where they oversaw all commercial and financial aspects of the business. Fonz successfully grew the revenue and size of the company through the acquisition of new customers and incremental business with existing customers in the travel industry.

Fonz's career also includes a role as the Director of Operations/Business Development at CRU Trading Co., where they were responsible for logistics, operations management, and business development. Furthermore, Fonz founded and operated an IT consulting business called Woodlands PC at a young age, achieving a customer base of 150 residential and small business customers.
