Lucas Paulino

Lucas Paulino started their career in 2019 at CENTAURO in Operations - Innovation. Lucas then moved on to roles as an Associate Product Manager and later as a Product Manager for the B2C Centauro App. In 2020, they joined GRUPO SBF as a Product Manager focusing on personalization initiatives for Centauro and Fisia. Currently, they are with Tok&Stok since 2021, first as a Product Manager and now as a Group Product Manager and Tribe lead for digital channels, overseeing squads for Site and App, as well as Product, Engineering, and UX verticals.

Lucas Paulino completed a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education at the University of Sao Paulo (2017-2020), followed by a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the Federal University of Sao Paulo. Lucas also pursued further education in Digital Marketing and Data Science at FIAP in 2020-2021. In addition to their formal education, Lucas obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as Product Management, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Digital Product Management, Marketing Digital, UX & Design Thinking, and Startup Development. Lucas also completed a course in Programming Logic at SENAI Sao Paulo in 2019.
