Swati Dhoundiyal

Swati Dhoundiyal has a diverse work experience in the field of unified communication and collaboration. Swati is currently working as a Senior UC Engineer at Toku. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Activeo Singapore PTE LTD. Swati also worked as a Unified Collaboration and Service Engineer at ITT Inc. from October 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they spent four years at Orange Business Services as a Voice Unified & Collaboration expert, where they worked on Cisco Unified Communication Manager and integration projects. Swati also has experience working as a Cisco Voip Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies and as a Technical Assistant at NIC Inc., where they were responsible for implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure.

Swati Dhoundiyal pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electronics from Delhi University, graduating in 2010. Swati then went on to complete their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a specialization in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Swati obtained their CCNA certification in August 2012, followed by ITIL certification in June 2014. Swati achieved certification in CCNA Voice from Cisco in March 2015. In September 2019, they obtained the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration written certification. Most recently, in September 2022, Swati obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In addition, they obtained two Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core certifications in October and November 2022, respectively.
