Kumiko McDowell

Kumiko McDowell is an experienced Facilities Administrative Assistant at Tokyo American Club since October 2016, where responsibilities include assisting members with reservations and facility usage, serving as front desk reception, and collaborating with the concierge team to enhance member satisfaction. Prior to this role, Kumiko worked at Apple from July 2014 to October 2016, providing support for iTunes Japan while maintaining a high customer service response rate.
