Lindsay Gray is an experienced Executive Chef at Tokyo American Club, a position held since March 2006, where responsibilities include menu and concept development, P & L management, culinary training, and overseeing kitchen operations for five restaurants and bars. Prior to this role, Lindsay served as an Apprentice Chef at Regent Hotel Auckland from April 1992 to April 1996.
