Dharma Chandran

Dharma Chandran serves as Chief People Officer at Toll Group, overseeing all aspects of people, culture, and health & safety since April 2024. Additionally, Dharma holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Macmahon and CEDA, chairing the Board People & Culture Committee in both organizations. As the Founder and Managing Director of TripleTee Advisory since 2011, Dharma specializes in advising clients on talent issues during transformations and transactions. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Interim Transformation Executive at A2B Australia, and various non-executive director positions at 7-Eleven Australia and Mortgage Choice. Dharma's educational background includes a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, alongside executive leadership training from the Centre for Creative Leadership.
