Saul Cannon

Saul Cannon is the current Chief Financial Officer at Toll Group. Saul has held this position since May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Toll Group from January 2017 to May 2019.

Before joining Toll Group, Saul Cannon was the Project Director, Venetoclax Royalty Monetisation Project at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research from October 2016 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were the Group Director, Strategy & Corporate Development at Asciano from August 2014 to August 2016.

Cannon has also held the positions of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Asciano from June 2014 to August 2014 and Group General Counsel and Group Director Commercial & Legal at Asciano from June 2007 to June 2014.

Prior to their time at Asciano, Saul Cannon was the General Counsel and Company Secretary at TelstraClear from January 2002 to October 2004. Saul then went on to serve as the General Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions and Telstra Asia at Telstra from January 2007 to June 2007. Saul's final position at Telstra was as the General Counsel - T3 and Finance & Administration from October 2004 to January 2007.

Saul Cannon has completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP186) at Harvard Business School, a Company Directors Course (GAICD) at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Executive Development Program (EDP) at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Saul has also completed a B.Com/LLB (Hons) at the University of Melbourne and a Victorian Certificate of Education at Scotch College Melbourne.
