Gene Sorkin

Gene Sorkin has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Gene is currently the Director of IT at Tollanis Solutions, Inc., where they provide strategic leadership for the IT department and collaborates with the executive team to implement innovative solutions. Prior to this role, they worked as a Help Desk Manager at Unified Women's Healthcare, leading a team that provided support to employees across the country.

Earlier in their career, Gene held various positions at the Center for Court Innovation, including Associate Director of Information Technology Support and Manager of System Administration and New Media. In these roles, they were responsible for managing support teams, developing technology strategies, and overseeing the implementation of infrastructure and software.

Gene also has experience as a System Administrator, where they managed the technology and infrastructure for an organization with up to 300 workstations. Additionally, they served as the COO at Tecorien, where they collaborated with partners to bring innovative solutions to the transportation industry.

Gene Sorkin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Brooklyn College. In addition, Gene has obtained a certification in "Creating Your IT Strategy" from LinkedIn in 2022.
