Gregory Fieldson

Gregory Fieldson, Ph.D., is an experienced leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing and product development, currently serving as the Interim Vice President/Senior Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology at Tolmar since 2017. Fieldson heads a team of 17 engineers and scientists, overseeing lifecycle management of specialty injectable and dermatology products, alongside managing new products transitioning from R&D to commercialization. Prior to Tolmar, Fieldson held various leadership positions at Mylan, including Senior Director of Topical Product R&D, where responsibilities included advancing the company's portfolio of topical and transdermal products. Additional roles include managerial positions at Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences, Fieldson Consulting, LumiCyte, and ALZA Corporation, where foundational work in controlled transdermal drug delivery systems was established. Fieldson holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
