Michał Kasprzyk

Michał Kasprzyk currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Tom & Co., a position held since August 2019, where responsibility includes enhancing testing technologies, managing the QA team, and organizing workflows. Prior to this role, Michał worked as a QA Engineer, focusing on manual testing for E-commerce websites and integrating various systems. In addition to operational roles, Michał has been a lecturer for the Manual Testing course at Coders Lab since March 2022. Michał's career also includes experience as a Debt Collector at KRUK S.A. and a Gas Station Cashier at Shell. Educational achievements include a postgraduate degree in Software Testing from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów and a Master's degree in Organizational Communication alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
