Andrea Cruz

Andrea Cruz has a diverse background in healthcare and community impact, currently serving as a Dental Assistant at TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries since October 2022, following a brief tenure in the same role at Tomball Dental Care. Prior experience includes a Community Impact Intern position at the American Heart Association, where significant contributions included translating resources and organizing surveys in Spanish, as well as developing a monthly menu with heart-healthy recipes. Additionally, Andrea gained experience as a Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant at the Woodlands Heart and Vascular Institute and as an Emergency Department Medical Scribe with ScribeAmerica, demonstrating strong skills in patient care and medical documentation. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Sam Houston State University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics at the University of Texas at Tyler.
