Raquel Patrick

Senior Instructor at Tomahawk Strategic Solutions

Ms. Patrick retired after 28 years on active duty with the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer Four, Electronic Systems Maintenance Officer.

During the course of Ms. Patrick's distinguished career, she has supported several overseas campaigns including Operation Just Cause, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and several other missions worldwide. During her several combat deployments, she held assignments as a maintenance technician, platoon sergeant, avionics G6 (communications) director, and communications and electronics warrant officer.

In 2011, Ms. Patrick served as a Cultural Support Team Leader—an extremely competitive position—with the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), where she deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Ms. Patrick served as the Deputy Chief of the Warrant Officer Division in the Ordnance Electronics Maintenance Training Division. In this capacity, she advised course leadership for the Warrant Officer Career College. Additionally, she participated in the Training with Industry program with General Dynamics in Boston, MA.

Her awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Combat Action Badge, Meritorious Service Medals, United Nations Operation in Somalia medal, and the German Armed Forces Badge (Gold). Additionally, Ms. Patrick is a recipient of the Ordnance Order of Samuel Sharpe Award.

Currently, Ms. Patrick serves as an independent contractor and training developer for the U.S. Army and as a consultant with Tomahawk Strategic Solutions. She takes pride in achieving her customer's goals and increasing their capabilities. Ms. Patrick holds a B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. She currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
