Courage Simon

Courage Simon has a diverse work experience in human resources. In 2016, they started their career as a Recruitment Associate and Due Diligence Liaison Officer at Fosad Consulting. They then moved on to become a Recruitment Specialist and later a Talent Management Specialist, sourcing exceptional candidates and assisting various industries. In 2021, they became an Employee Relations Lead at Fosad Consulting.

In 2022, Courage Simon joined Royal Institute as the Head of Human Resources for a brief period. They then joined Value Seeds Limited as the Group Head of Human Resources, where they set up the HR department, conducted a SWOT analysis, and implemented strategies for employee engagement.

Currently, Courage Simon is the Head of Human Resources at Tomato Jos, where they manage and train the HR team, analyze business priorities, and design and implement HR strategies to drive top-notch performance.

Courage Simon obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Uyo in 2012. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the same university. Courage Simon has also obtained certifications in various fields, including Business Analysis and Process Management from Coursera in 2022, Art of Proposal Writing from the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University in 2019, Talent Management Forum-Corporate Culture from the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University in 2018, and Strategic Business Management and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School in 2014.
