Lauren Herchenroder

Lauren Herchenroder is a Senior Research Associate at Tome Biosciences, focusing on iNK biology for autoimmune indications and conducting various assays for iPSC culture and differentiation since September 2022. Previously, Lauren contributed as a Research Associate at Tome, where involvement included proof of concept engineering of iPSCs. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Associate role at Moderna in a GMP environment, leading project improvements, and work as a Resident Advisor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, supporting student transition and campus resources. Additionally, Lauren served as a Research Assistant in a laboratory studying membrane proteins and as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant for general chemistry courses. An educational background in Biochemistry was obtained from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2017 and 2021, alongside a Chemical Operations Internship at Impact Technologies and Development, focusing on CBD extraction processes.
