Julie Gordon has extensive work experience in customer experience and operations roles. Julie is currently working as the Director of Customer Experience at Tomorrow Health since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Medical Operations at Ro from 2021 to 2022. From 2013 to 2021, Julie held various roles at Warby Parker, including Manager of Workforce Planning, CX Strategy and Operations, Associate Manager of Customer Experience, Customer Experience Lead, and Customer Experience Associate. Julie began their career as a Social Adjustment Coordinator at Refugee Resettlement and Immigration Services of Atlanta (RRISA) in 2013 and also worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Pencils of Promise from 2011 to 2012.
