Bjorn Lovece

Bjorn Lovece is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Services Specialist II at Tompkins Financial Corporation, Bjorn provides level 2 support to end users and IT staff while assisting with hardware and software implementations. Previously, at Dodge Construction Network, Bjorn managed Help Desk tickets, desktop support, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, Bjorn spent over 17 years at The Blue Book Building & Construction Network, holding various roles including IT Telecom Engineer, where responsibilities included technical support for over 500 employees and managing complex telecommunication systems. Bjorn holds a high school diploma from Mahopac High School.
