Ðurica Švraka

Ðurica Švraka has a strong background in IT infrastructure and project management. They have held various roles at different companies, including TOMRA, Deloitte, VMware, Wienerberger AG, JELD-WEN, Greiner Packaging, Miba Group, and Liwicom GmbH.

At TOMRA, Ðurica currently serves as the IT Operations Team Lead - EMEA, starting in 2024. Prior to this, at Deloitte, Ðurica worked as a Senior Consultant from 2023 to 2023, where they were responsible for leading client projects, providing specialist support for IoT and IT-Architecture, and assisting with IT infrastructure strategy.

Before Deloitte, Ðurica served as a Project Manager at VMware from 2022 to 2023, managing the delivery of complex software projects and identifying business needs for customers.

At Wienerberger AG, Ðurica was a Product Owner - IoT Infrastructure Services from 2021 to 2022, involved in designing and developing an "Operational Technology" concept and platform for data management.

At JELD-WEN, Inc., Ðurica worked as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager from 2020 to 2021, leading migration projects for various IT systems.

Prior to JELD-WEN, Ðurica was an International IT-Manager at Greiner Packaging from 2018 to 2020, responsible for IT management at international locations and leading implementation projects.

At Miba Group, Ðurica held two roles. They served as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager from 2017 to 2018, focusing on team restructuring and post-merger IT projects. Earlier, as an IT Infrastructure Consultant from 2016 to 2017, Ðurica was responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IT standards and providing support.

Lastly, at Liwicom GmbH, Ðurica worked as an IT Technician from 2013 to 2015, involved in the design, development, and implementation of IT infrastructure systems and providing support.

Ðurica Švraka completed an apprenticeship program in IT Technician at WIFI Steiermark from 2013 to 2015. Later, from 2019 to 2022, Ðurica pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and IT at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Additionally, Ðurica holds certifications in IT Information Library Foundations (ITIL) and ITIL Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in 2017, as well as a Prince 2 Foundation certification from APMG International, obtained in 2016.
