About the role
Our Digital Performance Marketing Specialist in our EMEA HQ in Amsterdam will be responsible for driving traffic, sales and profitability, whilst running the acquisition and retention strategies that will allow the TOMS E-commerce & Pure players to grow.
The role will require handling multiple customer touchpoints, owning the Paid Media budgets and KPIs, whilst liaising with several channel specialists and departments to drive customer satisfaction and commercial growth for the brand and the business. You will contribute to the brand’s business growth objectives across Wholesalers and DTC by developing and implementing performance marketing plans.
You will drive the Wholesale & E-commerce marketing strategy, consistent with EMEA objectives and global business objective, across key accounts in the EMEA region, with particular focus on the UK, German, Dutch and strategic distribution markets and drive Brand Heat through our DTC (60%) and wholesale-led (40%) campaigns targeted at new and existing audiences.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute European performance strategies in the region, with particular focus on profitable acquisition and sales goals within Paid Search & Paid Social Media
• Manage day to day tasks with Digital Marketing Agencies to meet business goals.
• Suggest tactics and methods for improvement across the TOMS website, social, email, affiliate and search properties, monitoring and reporting on results vs goals and KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally with operational and commercial teams to bring these tactics and campaigns to life in the TOMS digital environments
• Coordinate data-modelling of the customer database to develop insights and segmentation for the business
• Help to design and manage digital brand media campaigns according to business goals with the Marketing team
• Support the Marketing team with the Social Organic strategy and maintain the brand’s presence across these properties
• Track & Communicate performance of digital channels and leverage testing capabilities to constantly improve.
• Develop and monitor ROI forecasts, working with the Analytics team on the budget management and target-setting for ODG
• Act as true strategic partner for the head of the department, the rest of the department and all the consumer facing departments in the company: this role goes beyond traffic generation and well into the overall ecommerce strategy and execution
• Be the liaison between sales teams and marketing channels and build strong relationships with strategic key accounts to create greater brand visibility and equity in our key markets (UK, DE & NL)
• Collaborate with Marketing & E-com team to build strong alignment within the omni-channel approach and set wholesale campaigns up for success as a key consumer touchpoint, driving awareness and conversion
• Analyze key account forecasts and orders to determine level of support and set KPIs per campaign
• Own and report on the wholesale marketing budget, as far as paid performance is concerned
• Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends
What you bring

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing across diverse countries and platforms, tailored for DTC and Wholesale business models.

• Proven experience in managing paid-media channels with a focus on delivering commercial growth and meeting performance objectives.
• Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Team-oriented professional with the ability to work independently to achieve objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years in Performance or Digital Marketing within EMEA or International scope.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in experience.
• Experience developing successful strategies in Meta, Google & Snapchat.
• Passion for fashion, specific experience in the footwear industry and Bcorps is a plus.
• Fluent in English and 1 other language (French, German, Dutch) is a plus
• Experience with Amazon and Zalando is a plus.
