Melinda Polson

Melinda Polson has joined the TOMZ team as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Melinda will provide crucial strategic direction and financial oversight for the increasingly fast-paced, high growth environment.

Melinda comes to TOMZ with over 25 years of experience as a CPA in various roles. She began her career auditing manufacturing and construction clients, and implementing new ERP systems. Later, Melinda went on to serve as the VP of Finance for 16 years at another medical device company, working on a management team responsible for 3 M&E transactions and sales growth of over 800%. As CFO, Melinda will bring tremendous experience and value to the organization, helping us to serve the customers even more effectively.
