Natasha Sharma

Natasha Sharma has a diverse work experience in the sugar industry. Natasha started their career as an Engineer in Training at Illovo Sugar Ltd in 2002 and later became an Assistant Process Manager. In 2007, they joined Tongaat Hulett as a Chemical Engineer and progressed through various roles including Production Manager, General Manager - Darnall, General Manager - Technical Services, and Regional Technical Services Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of Technical Services at Tongaat Hulett, and they are also serving as the Interim Chief Technical Officer.

Natasha Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Natasha attended the university from 2006 to 2009.
