Ben Wallace

Ben Wallace has worked in various positions since 2014. Ben began their career as a Store Associate at ALDI USA in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of Marketing at TEDxIndianaUniversity. In 2017, they became Co-Founder and President of Code at IU, as well as a Full Stack Developer - Digital Intern at GE Digital. In 2018, they worked as a Technical IT Program Manager at Salesforce, and in 2020 they began working as a Solutions Architect at Tonkean, where they are currently employed. In their roles, Ben has sold, implemented, and supported Tonkean's largest clients, built production-ready process automations with 50+ SaaS Applications, orchestrated eight teams across Dreamforce '19 IT Operations, developed an in-prod asset management system, identified and updated on-prem servers, centralized a repository containing hosting documentation, designed and built a customer-facing user interface, automated backend processes, and provided documentation and model architecture.

Ben Wallace obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2015 and 2019. Ben also obtained a Data Analysis with Python certification from DataCamp in June 2018. Additionally, they have achieved Trailhead Profile, Ranger Status, and 140+ badges from Salesforce.
