Tom Shany

Tom Shany has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2010. Tom began their career as a Recruiter for Hever Hon Enoshi in 2010, then moved to Proactive Human Resources in 2012, where they also worked as a Recruiter. In 2012, they joined Elbit Systems Ltd, where they held roles as both an HRBP and HR Recruiter. In 2017, they were hired by Wix.com as an HR Business Partner, a role they held until 2022, when they were appointed Director of HR for Tonkean.

Tom Shany obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Development from the College of Management, Rishon Letzion in 2013, after having completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University in 2010.
