Bridgette Nambiar

Bridgette Nambiar has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources, learning, and development. Bridgette began their career in 2000 as a Manager of Operations in the call center division of iSeva India Ltd, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, quality assurance, and project management. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as the Manager of the Call Center in Bharti Telenet Ltd, overseeing a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and customer service representatives. Bridgette then served as an Operations Consultant at Spanco, where they implemented operational processes and improved productivity.

Following this, Nambiar joined Bharti Airtel Limited as the Head of Training and Service Assurance, where they were recognized as a "Significant Contributor." Bridgette also held leadership positions at Firstsource Solutions Ltd and Firstsource India Limited, focusing on transformation, development, and organizational improvement.

In 2012, they worked as the Head of Learning and Development at MACH, before joining Flipkart in 2014 as the Head of Training and Development for Customer Experience. Bridgette then transitioned to Vertex Customer Management India PVT. LTD. as the Vice President of Operations in 2017, and later assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Head of HR, L&D at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Bridgette Nambiar completed their post-graduation course in Hospitality Administration/Management at the Oberoi Center for Learning & Development from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Hyderabad between 1986 and 1988. Their undergraduate education was completed at St Francis Degree College, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, History, and Political Science from 1984 to 1987.
