Rajiv Bharatiya

Rajiv Bharatiya is an accomplished hospitality and operations professional with extensive experience in managerial roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Area Director of Operations at Romacorp, Inc. since September 2022, Rajiv is tasked with upholding company standards and enhancing guest satisfaction globally. As the Chairman & Director at PB Consult Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. since December 2017, Rajiv also previously held the position of Franchise Business Director at Hooters of America from January 2018 to March 2020, where aggressive international growth was achieved across multiple markets. Rajiv’s earlier roles include Operating Partner at Outback Steakhouse, where significant cost reductions were successfully negotiated, and Operations Manager at MBD Radisson Plaza Hotel, overseeing a 200-room establishment. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration and a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Kolkata, Rajiv has established a strong foundation in both commerce and hospitality.
