Laure Berment is the VP of Food Insecurity at Too Good To Go. Prior to this, they were the Country Manager for Germany at La Ruche qui dit Oui !, a VC-funded European technology start-up that operates across 9 European countries whose mission is to fight for a fairer food system. Laure was responsible for strategic planning in close collaboration with French HQ and other European markets, overseeing strategic and commercial development on the German market including brand development, marketing and public relations, recruiting & managing team (6 people), setting and following business objectives, financial planning, budgeting and cash flow, and business development: connecting with key stakeholders and influencers.

Before La Ruche qui dit Oui !, Laure Berment was a Project Manager at Residetapes Developpement from August 2011 to August 2013, and before that a Project Manager and Key Account Manager at Cap Enseignement Supérieur from September 2010 to December 2010.
