Mette Nyeland

Mette Nyeland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Too Good To Go since October 2020, where multiple roles, including Global Senior Talent & Development Partner and Senior Learning & Development Partner, have been held. Prior to this, Mette led the HR efforts at UserTribe during its growth phase from 15 to 65 employees, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and managing a team. Mette also has experience as General Manager at Restaurant Globen Flakket, where responsibility included daily operations and revenue growth, and has held marketing and employer branding roles at various organizations. Mette holds a Cand.Merc.SMC degree in Strategic Market Creation and a Ha (kom.) degree in Business Economics and Corporate Communication from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by an international experience at The University of British Columbia.
