Sheikh Mubashir Jeelani

Sheikh Mubashir Jeelani has a diverse work experience in the field of product development and management. Sheikh Mubashir is currently employed as the Chief Manager of R&D at RPSG (FMCG) - Guiltfree Industries Limited since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Ingredient Development at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. from February 2021 to December 2022. Sheikh Mubashir also gained experience as a Product Development professional at Symrise AG from April 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they worked at Nestlé in various roles including Assistant Manager of Product Development and Production Officer, where they demonstrated their skills in renovation, innovation, planning, and troubleshooting for achieving production targets.

Sheikh Mubashir Jeelani completed their General Management Programme in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a B.tech degree in Food Technology from the Islamic University of science and technology, Awantipora Kashmir from 2007 to 2011. Sheikh Mubashir'ssecondary education was completed at Qamaria Model Educational Institute where they obtained a 10+2 degree in Medical + Maths from 2001 to 2007.
