Anastasiia Hryshchenko

Anastasiia Hryshchenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at JSC Ukrainian Radio Systems. Anastasiia then moved on to work as a Recruiter and Recruiting Team Leader at Media agency Ex-libris from 2011 to 2014.

In 2016, Anastasiia transitioned into an education role as a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at The Montessori Children's Center "Giraffe" until 2018. After that, they took on the position of Head Of Human Resources at Forpost from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Anastasiia worked with INDIGO Tech Recruiters in various roles including Talent Sourcer, Lead Talent Sourcer, and Data Operations Lead Senior Sourcer. During this time, they also worked as a Freelancer as a Recruiter.

In 2022, Anastasiia became a Technical Sourcer and Recruiter as a Freelancer (Self-employed). Anastasiia then joined Parimatch Ukraine in 2023 as a Senior Sourcer for a brief period. Currently, they are employed as a Recruiting Sourcer at Toogeza since April 2023.

Anastasiia Hryshchenko has gained significant experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, and human resources throughout their career.

Anastasiia Hryshchenko's education history is as follows:

In 1994 to 1999, they attended V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they studied Psychology.

In 2021, they enrolled in Hurma Academy for a Competency interview course.

During the same year, they also completed the IT recruiter program offered by INDIGO TECH RECRUITERS SCHOOL.

Additionally, in 2021, they took a course titled "Nuances of Sourcing" curated by Denys Dinkevych, focusing on Sourcing 3.0. However, they did not receive a degree for this course.
