Olena Shyrinhovska

Olena Shyrinhovska has an extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and executive search. Olena is currently working as a Senior Recruiter at Toogeza, a recruitment agency that focuses on helping tech startups hire the right talent. Prior to this, Olena served as the Technical Talent Acquisition Lead at Matter Labs, where they played a crucial role in building zkSync, Ethereum's advanced ZK rollup. Before joining Matter Labs, they worked at BCD TripTech as a People Operations Manager and HR Generalist. Olena also has experience as an IT Recruiter at VPteam, an Executive Search Consultant at HeadHunter, and a Senior Recruitment Specialist at KPMG Ukraine. Olena has also worked at HR CONSULTING as a Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant. Additionally, Olena served as the Local Coordinator for Ukraine at IRC GLOBAL EXECUTIVE SEARCH PARTNERS, where they were responsible for coordinating with foreign IRC partners and representing IRC Ukraine in global and regional meetings. Olena Shyrinhovska started their education at 22 Nikolaev school from 1996 to 2003. Olena then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Kiivs'kij Slavisticnij Universitet from 2003 to 2009. Later, they enrolled at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed their Specialist degree in Psychology from 2011 to 2014.
