Kiran Kaur

Kiran Kaur has extensive work experience in people management and HR consulting. Kiran currently holds the position of SVP of People at Tookitaki, where they focus on building a result-driven team and creating equal opportunities for all employees. Prior to this, Kiran worked as a Consultant at Denim Consulting, where they provided HR consulting and coaching services for companies. Kiran also held leadership roles at Courts Asia, including Group Chief Talent and Customer Service Officer, where they implemented talent development programs and identified key gaps in the talent pool. Kiran also served as the Regional HR Director at Courts Singapore Pte Ltd / Courts Asia, where they navigated various business structure changes and created a performance culture across the group. Kiran started their career at Courts Singapore, where they achieved national accreditation for people development and service standards and implemented initiatives to improve employee engagement and customer service.

Kiran Kaur has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Curtin University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Windsor. No specific start or end years for these education programs were provided.
