Dustin Dekoekkoek

Dustin DeKoekkoek has a diverse work experience in the engineering and project management field. Dustin started their career as an Engineering Intern at Triad - a division of David Evans and Associates in 2006 and then worked as a Civil Engineer at Group 4, Inc. in 2007. Dustin later joined RH2 Engineers, Planners, Scientists Inc. in 2008 as a Project Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Perteet Inc. where they served as a Senior Project Manager until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Manager at Toole Design Group since November 2021 and has recently been promoted to the role of Seattle Office Director.

Dustin DeKoekkoek pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Seattle University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2020, they enrolled in the Leadership Snohomish County program, completing the 2021 Signature Program the following year. During their educational journey, Dustin obtained additional certifications to enhance their expertise. In June 2020, they received a Utility Risk and Resilience Certificate from the American Water Works Association. Additionally, in May 2012, they acquired the Professional Engineer designation from the Washington State institution.
