Jen G. is a seasoned people leader with extensive experience in building and scaling Human Resources functions across diverse organizations. They served as a Startup People Consultant at Retain and as a Human Resources Manager at Traction, where they established foundational HR practices and launched innovative employee initiatives. Currently, as the Global Head of People Operations at Tools for Humanity, Jen oversees the expansion of the People Ops function, enhancing employee experience through strategic processes and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
