Roberto Mendes

Roberto Mendes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, regional management, and customer support within the education and software industries. At Toon Boom Animation since October 2022, Roberto focuses on new business development. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager at EF Education First from October 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing operations in Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, and Ceara, and developing local business partnerships. As Country Product Manager at EF Education First, Roberto oversaw the implementation of educational exchange programs for adults and young professionals, managing sales growth, budget control, and team performance. Additional roles include Customer Care at Ungerboeck Software International, Sales Coordinator at Student Travel Bureau, and Program Admissions at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange. Roberto began a career in customer service as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion from Lindenwood University.
