Samuel Dubois

Samuel Dubois, CFA has a comprehensive background in finance and valuation. With experience in corporate development and financial analysis at Top Aces and Baker Tilly US, Samuel has honed their skills in financial modeling, bid responses, and M&A negotiations. Previously, Samuel also gained exposure to investment analysis and mutual fund portfolios at Galliant Advisors LP and Mackenzie Investments. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance major from McGill University and has additional international business education from Copenhagen Business School.
