Ali Raza

Ali Raza has extensive experience in customer support, administration, and branding across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Support & Outdoor Branding at TopCity-1 since May 2022, Ali is responsible for operational supervision, resource management, and improving customer service quality. Previously, as a Branding & Marketing Specialist from March 2019, Ali executed successful projects at Centaurus Mall. Past positions include Administration Manager at Movenpick Hotel, Principal Secretary to the CEO at Centaurus Group, and Deputy Manager Administration at Asian News, showcasing a strong background in project coordination, operations management, and client relations. Ali holds an MCS in Computer and Information Sciences from Preston University and a BA in Mass Communication from the University of the Punjab.
