Lee Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lee started their career as a New Business Sales & Account Manager at Blue Chip Customer Engineering Ltd in 1994. They later became a Sales Manager and eventually a Co-Owner of New Blue Chip Limited. At Blue Chip, Lee implemented a transformation strategy and played a key role in growing the TPM business. In 2021, Lee joined Service Express as a Sales & Marketing Board Director. They then worked as a Livestock Farmer at Shrubbery Farm Limited before becoming an Adviser & Consultant at Dijjie Limited in 2023.
