Amanda Kutney

Amanda Kutney, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Content for Chemistry at Top Hat, where management of digital content creation and delivery for the Aktiv Chemistry platform is a primary focus. Previously, Amanda held the same role at Aktiv Learning before its acquisition by Top Hat, engaging in cross-disciplinary responsibilities across sales, marketing, customer success, and content development. Amanda's experience includes positions as a lecturer at City Colleges of Chicago and Appalachian State University, along with various roles at Macmillan Learning and Macmillan New Ventures, contributing to both educational technologies and content support within the chemistry field. Amanda earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lebanon Valley College.
