Brendan Baker

Brendan Baker is a seasoned legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Top Tier Capital Partners since January 2023. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Master's in Droit économique from Sciences Po, and a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
