Roger Weber is a highly experienced professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as the Senior Principal and Urban Places Sector Leader for Stantec since April 2024. Weber leads an interdisciplinary team focused on enhancing urban livability and resilience across North America. A Zhi-Xing Eisenhower Fellow since 2020, Weber engages with a global network dedicated to advancing urban development. As Managing Director of Capital Frontiers, Weber explores deep space capital development. Previously, Weber was a Senior Consultant for the U.S. Department of State, guiding international diplomatic and real estate planning. With a robust background at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Weber founded and directed the City Design Practice, driving innovative urban design initiatives. Weber's educational credentials include multiple master's degrees from Harvard University and Georgetown University, along with a bachelor's in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
