Hayden Drum

Hayden Drum has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hayden currently works at TopBuild as the Vice President - M&A, where they lead the mergers and acquisitions function and collaborates with senior leadership and functional teams to expand the company's business units. Prior to this, Hayden was a Regional Leader at TruTeam from 2020 to 2022.

Hayden has also held key positions at Garland Insulating, where they were the President and Vice President, responsible for optimizing operating performance, managing the balance sheet, and expanding the business through acquisitions. Hayden started their journey at Garland Insulating as a Branch Manager and eventually sold the company to TruTeam.

Furthermore, Hayden has experience in M&A advisory and representation at Rockbrook Capital, where they served as an Associate and Analyst. Hayden provided strategic assistance to energy service companies, drafted marketing documentation, evaluated deal structuring alternatives, supervised financial analysts, and coordinated the due diligence process.

Hayden began their career as a Credit Analyst Intern at Inwood National Bank in 2004.

Hayden Drum attended Baylor University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance with Magna Cum Laude honors.
