Jennifer Shoffner

Jennifer Shoffner is the Vice President of Talent Management at TopBuild. Jennifer has previously worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Quality at Advanced Home Care, and as the Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Services at Liberty Hardware. Jennifer has been with TopBuild since January 2020.

Jennifer Shoffner has an MBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a BS in Business Administration from the same school. Jennifer also has certifications from SHRM in SHRM-CP and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

They work with Rip Hubbard - Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, Tabitha Zane - Vice President, Investor Relations, and David Cushen - Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions. Their manager is Robert Buck, President and Chief Executive Officer.
