Ágnes Szép

Ágnes Szép has a diverse range of work experience, spanning from 2014 to the present. Ágnes is currently working as a Product Owner at TOPdesk, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Webtown as a Product Owner from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for building new websites and conducting major upgrades for Liferay based portals. Ágnes also played a crucial role in developing a cloud-based bank portal and ensuring its compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Before joining Webtown, Ágnes worked at TerraCycle as a Product Owner from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they oversaw a global web-application supporting IT infrastructure and logistics. Ágnes also worked as a Project Coordinator, supporting internal projects and maintaining documentation, and as a Compliance Monitoring Specialist and Information Security Administrator.

Ágnes Szép completed their Bachelor's degree in Hungarian literature and publishing with a focus on cognitive linguistics at Eötvös Loránd University from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Economist in Management and Leadership at Budapest Business University, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
